My approach to styling is not born from a desire for aesthetic perfection, but from a lifelong observation of resourcefulness. Growing up, I watched the women in my family, my grandmother and my mother, navigate life with a level of resilience and grit that was as quiet as it was powerful. They didn't have the luxury of excess, yet they possessed an innate ability to make something meaningful, functional, and dignified out of whatever was at hand. They taught me that true resourcefulness is about seeing the potential in a situation and creating a sense of order and comfort, regardless of the constraints.
When I step into a space, whether it is a tired home preparing for market or a short-term rental needing a distinct identity, I carry that legacy with me. I don't just "decorate." I look at the bones of a project, the limitations, and the goals, and I apply that same disciplined resourcefulness.
